Rochester is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Rochester follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

We had an outstanding experience with Rochester Collision Center. Our Mazda was repaired in an incredibly short time, and the quality of the work was absolutely perfect. The car looks fantastic, and you would never know it had been damaged. What impressed us just as much was the communication throughout the entire process. Tim kept us informed every step of the way, answered all of our questions promptly, and made the entire experience stress-free. We were especially grateful because we had an international trip coming up, and Tim went above and beyond to make sure our vehicle was ready in time. His professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer service truly exceeded our expectations. Professional, efficient, honest, and highly skilled — we couldn't be happier with the service we received. We highly recommend Rochester Collision Center and are especially thankful to Tim for making what could have been a stressful situation so easy and seamless. Thank you, Tim, for a job exceptionally well done!

I want to say thank you to the team. I stopped by to ask how much it would cost to reattach a weather strip that had come loose. After visiting Honda and being quoted $100 just to reattach it, the team at Rochester Collision Center fixed it on the spot at no charge. I really appreciate it. It's not often you come across this kind of kindness and customer service these days. Thank you again for taking the time to help me out.

3rd time I have used Rochester Collision Center. In all 3 situations what was needed was fully explained. Suggestions were given to make sure the end result was amazing. The price was as we agreed and what I thought was fair for the amazing results. My F-250 looks great as well as my Dodge. Would recommend without a second thought.

First time customer and I just had the best service. Went in for a broken driver door that wouldn’t open from strong wind blowing it back. I called Rochester Collision explained what the issue was. They ask me to bring the vehicle in to get it looked at and we brought it right in right away. They looked at it and instantly knew what the issue was and how they could fix it. They said they could have me in within 20 minutes and I believe my daughter was out of there in less than 20 minutes with a fixed door! They saved the day for sure. My daughter left extremely happy and I was relieved. Best part no charge!

From start to finish Tim and the Rochester Collison folks were kind, communicative and respectful. They handled communication with my insurance company making a smooth process for payment. The work was really exceptional. My car was returned to me like new, inside and out. I was very impressed with the entire process and am delighted at the result.
